Dr. Bailey started out trading mutual funds about 20 years ago and then learned about trading stocks, ETF's, forex, and futures. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a master's, and then received a PHD. in Counseling. Dr. Bailey has spoken on numerous television shows about the stock market and was featured in "Active Trader" magazine in February 2006. He has also spoken at numerous stock market clubs throughout the United States on many different subjects.
